Overseeding

This project involved overseeding a lawn that had gone several years without proper maintenance.

We used premium LESCO grass seed, combined with LESCO starter fertilizer and compost to correct and level the soil, as well as to improve seed-to-soil contact and support healthy germination.

Results after just 3 weeks: noticeable improvement in lawn density and color.

This is a low-investment project when compared to other methods such as sod installation or hydroseeding, while still delivering excellent results.South Mall and east towards the River Lee and City Hall.
